摘要
库存管理是供应链体系中重要的一个环节,它衔接了供应商与经销商。在提高企业之间的协同运作效率方面,作用巨大。随着中国经济持续的增长,服务行业迎来了一个充满机遇的挑战的时期。在奶茶店如雨后春笋般兴起的今天,个体经营的奶茶店成本变得更加透明而利润也变的越来越低。
在我国,大多数的奶茶店经营过多的依靠经验,而非科学的理论依据来支持。在开源已经开发殆尽的时候,很多人开始选择在节流上寻找办法。供应链是企业物资流动的通道,在这个第三利润源泉还未完全开发的领域,需要投入科学的,专业的理论知识。这恰好是一些个体奶茶商难以具备的。
库存是供应链的重要环节,同时也容易出现“背反效益”。“零库存”是所有企业的追求,但对于小型的个体商来讲是不现实的。所以研究供应链的库存管理,通过绩效评估找出问题,改进方法解决问题,再提供一些具体的库存和采购的方法,给我们正在经营或准备经营的个体商们提供参考。

Abstract
Stock control is an important link in supply-chain-system, it connects supplier and distributor. The function in improving the efficiency of coordination between enterprises is enormous. With China's sustained economic growth, the service industry is full of opportunities ushered in a period of challenges .Today the milk tea shop rises like the mushrooms after rain, the cost of milk tea shop becomes more transparent and the profit is lower and lower.
In our country, most milk tea shops manage itself depending too much on their own experience rather than the scientific theoretical. when the open-source development has been depleted, a lot of traders begin to look for ways to cut expenditure. Supply chain is the channel of the enterprise’s goods and materials flowed. In this third field that the profit source is not totally developed, need to be invested in scientific and professional knowledge of theory. It is just some individual business difficult to have.
The stock is the important link in supply chain; it is easy to present the “opponent benefit" at the same time. “Zero stock " is the pursuit of all enterprises, but is unrealistic to small-scale individual trader. So study the stock control of the supply chain, find out the question through the performance assess , improve the method and solve the problem, offer some specific stock and purchase methods, offer reference to the individual traders who are managing or planning to start a milk tea shop.
