摘要
    重庆百货大楼股份有限公司(600729)地处重庆最繁华的渝中区解放碑商业中心，是全国大型百货零售企业贸易联合会成员单位和重庆市唯一的商业上市公司。建店至今，已走过50多年创业、发展的历程，由50年代的中小型商店，发展成为净资产近8亿元，重庆规模最大、经营品种最多、知名度最高的特大现代商贸企业，经济效益居重庆商业首位。随着沃尔玛、家乐福、华联超市等外资、外埠连锁商业的涌入，随着重百发展步伐不断迈进，公司销售网点不断增多，配送部配送商品进出流量不断增大，工作量大，工作环境差，物流资源配置不足等困难日易凸显。在这样一个内忧外患的状况下，重百集团更是处在了再发展的十字路口，必须寻找到更好的突破口，选择了“重百股份有限公司配送中心问题研究”为题展开研究，具有重要的现实意义。
    论文首先概述了重庆百货大楼股份有限公司状况，引出重百集团己经面临危机，必须思考做多之路并解决重百连而不锁的问题;论文着重指出重百配送中心的几个突出问题，并寻找方案解决。

Abstract
    Chongqing Department Store Co., Ltd. (600729) is located in the commercial center of Chongqing. It is the member of the large-scale retail enterprises Trade Federation units. With the continuous development of the company , the growing distribution, the growing flow of goods, poor working conditions, the inadequate logistics difficulties come out, such as the allocation of resources. In such a situation of internal and external problems, Chongbai Company is a further development in the crossroads, and must find a breakthrough to grow up. There is an important practical significance to select "the research of the problems of Chongbai distribution center" .
    At first, my dissertation for academic degree outlined the status of Chongqing Department Store Co., Ltd., which leads Chongbai Company facing a lot of crisis. We must do more thoughts on the company and resolve the problems; the papers highlighted a few serious problems of the distribution center and find solutions to.

一、绪论
（一）、重庆百货大楼公司简介
    重庆百货大楼有限责任公司始建于1950年，经过几代重百人的努力奋斗，公司现已发展成为以百货、超市、电器三大业态为主业，涉足酒店、食品、电子器材等经营领域的大型商业零售连锁企业。
    重百主营百货零售，是重庆地区主要零售企业之一。截止2007年三季度，公司拥有连锁百货店26家、超市45家、电器专卖店23家，合计营业面积54多万平米。连锁网络遍布重庆24个区县，覆盖重庆大部分市场和贵州遵义、四川广安、武胜开办的百货商场。
