摘要
本文通过正交试验方法优选环保型常温锌钙系磷化液的配方。介绍磷化液的配制方式及磷化原理。研究了锌离子、钙离子、磷酸根离子、硝酸根离子、钼酸氨、硫脲、柠檬酸等各种药品的用量及磷化温度、磷化时间、磷化液pH等工艺参数对膜层的耐蚀性、表面状况的影响。根据上述磷化工艺中各项指标的影响加以分析讨论,最后研制出一种不含亚硝酸盐、重金属(除锌外),在15~30℃下浸渍磷化10~20min,可生成膜重约0.8g/m2、耐CuSO4溶液点滴时间达30~40s、配制简单、清洁环保、耐蚀性较好的锌钙系磷化液配方。

Abstract
The formula of environment-friendly normal temperature Zn-Ca phosphateing solution was optimized by orthogonal test. Preparation of the phosphating solution and theory were described. The efficiency of chemical content with Zn2+, Ca2+, PO4-, NO3-,(NH4)2MoO4,, citric acid and technics with temperature, time, pH on corrosion resistance and surface sight of phosphate film was studied. In a discuss with the chemical and technics, a phosphate formula was obtained that has strengths such as easy preparation, clean and environment-friendly, good corrosion resistance. The solution contains no nit rite and heavy metals (except forzinc) .The film with a weight of 0.8g/m2 was formed by immersing method at 15~30℃ for 10~20 minutes ,which could be resistant to dropping CuSO4 solution for 30 to 40 seconds.

1 绪论
1.1磷化技术概要
磷化是金属材料防腐蚀的重要方法之一,其目的在于给基体金属提供防腐蚀保护、用于膜前打底、提高覆膜层的附着力与防腐蚀能力及在金属加工中起减摩润滑作用等。目前已在汽车、化工、船舶和家电等行业中得到了广泛应用。常温快速磷化是当前研究最活跃、技术进步最快的磷化技术,它克服了高中温磷化能耗大、成本高、效率低等缺点,具有低能耗、低成本、快速等优点,因而受到了普遍关注。
