改革开放以来,中国正在缓慢地从封闭走向开放,放在世界的大环境下,我们逐渐能看清了自己。不可避讳,中国的发展之路并不是一帆风顺的太平大道,至今为止在很多很多方面,我们现在还不能称之为先进发展方向的代表。比如在世界ACG(anime,comic,game,代表动画,漫画,电子游戏)行业迅猛发展的今天,ACG早已经成为一种先进文化和经济支柱的同时,中国内地的相关行业却一直处于在被打压,排挤的境地,生存境况极为艰难,更没有什么发展。曾经处于世界先进水平的中国动画现在也在也失去了光辉。为什么?原因在于中国文化体系,还是在于中国人的闭塞思想?还是其他?业界人士提出过各种设想,但暂时没有权威的定论。这篇论文就是针对中国内地ACG行业发展的症结而来,探讨的是一个非常有现实意义的问题,关系到现今中国文化上存在的一个盲区。这篇论文从ACG的发展入手,多以事实为依据,立足点在于当今中国ACG行业所出现的不正常现象与负面现象,负面思想,在提出发展ACG的意义的同时,归纳出为什么在中国内地ACG这种先进文化难以发展的四个原因,并在归纳原因的同时提出相关的解决方法。

动画,漫画,电子游戏,在现在的中国大陆还是比较有争议的。
现在约定俗成地把这三类事物用ACG并称,在一定的程度上显现了三者的共性,在某些方面来看,三者是共通的,甚至是一体的,这个问题以后再作表述。
如果要谈ACG相关问题,就不得不从三者的起源开始。漫画来源于绘画,所以在三者中可以说是历史最为悠久。一般来说,最早的漫画是英国的著名的版式画家贺加斯在1743—1745年之间用六幅油画组成的系列讽刺画《时髦婚姻》。其某些夸张、幽默的创作手法及其内含的辛辣讽刺与现在的漫画具有共同点,所以,人们一般把《时髦婚姻》评定为最早的漫画,并把作者贺加斯认为是漫画家之祖。而动画,最早也起源于绘画,两万年余前的石器时代壁绘就已经有了关于动物奔跑活动的系列分析图。达芬奇有名的黄金比例人里几何图上的四只胳膊,就表示双手上下摆动的动作。而最早概念上的动画一般认为始于十七世纪的一位教士阿塔纳斯•珂雪发明的一种叫做“魔术幻灯”的玩具。所谓“魔术幻灯”是一个铁箱,内部有灯,在箱的一边开一小洞,洞上覆盖透镜。将一片绘有图案的玻璃放在透镜后面,经由灯光通过玻璃和透镜,图案会投射在墙上,演变到现在就是今天的投影机。魔术幻灯经过不断改良,到了十七世纪末,由一位叫钟和斯桑的人扩大装置,把许多玻璃画片放在旋转盘上,出现在墙上的是一种运动的幻觉。18世纪末,魔术幻灯逐渐法国风行起来,因为灯光的关系,影子可以互溶,就能产生出各种不同的效果,人气很高。
