摘要
    增加农民收入，不仅关系到农村经济发展、农民生活改善和农村社会稳定，而且是关系到扩大内需方针的落实，关系到整个国民经济的健康运行。本文通过对南盛镇众坪村农民收入的具体情况进行分析，将成功经验加以推广，对不足的地方加以完善，结合众坪村实际提出相关建议，以利切实提高农民收入，缩小城乡居民收入差距，加快社会主义新农村建设。

Abstract

1 前言
    农业增产农民增收是一个带有全局性的问题，随着中国融入世界经济一体化进程步伐的加快，农村、农民、农业问题不仅是一个经济、社会问题，而且是一个政治问题，只有农民收入的不断增加，才能开拓农村市场，扩大国内需求，也才能从根本上调动农民的积极性，实现小康和保持农村稳定，推动农业持续发展。解决农业增产不增收，广辟渠道增加农民收入，是农业和农村经济工作的重中之重。[1]确保农民收入长期稳定增长是摆在各级党政领导和社会各界面前的一项新的重大课题。
