摘 要
本设计做的是吉林省SP市的城市排水工程,在设计中主要完成了以下内容:
1.城市管网的定线和水力计算;
2.污水处理工艺流程的确定;
3.污水处理厂各单体构筑物的设计计算;
4.污水厂的布置、概算及运行成本分析。
通过市政管网收集的污水在通过粗格栅去除大的悬浮杂质后,由提升泵站将污水提升到污水处理厂。在经过细格栅后,进入竖流式沉砂池将污水中较大的无机颗粒去除。而后进入三沟式氧化沟,利用活性污泥对污水进行脱氮除磷,降低污水中的BOD、COD。处理后的污水进入接触池消毒,达到排放标准。对氧化沟内产生的污泥首先进入浓缩池浓缩,在经带式压滤机压滤脱水后外运填埋。
设计中对整个处理流程的各主体构筑物如格栅、竖流式沉砂池、三沟式氧化沟、接触池等进行了详细、系统的设计计算和说明。理论上给出了这个流程中BOD、COD、的去除率及脱氮除磷的效率。在泥路中,对浓缩池、脱水机进行设计计算和说明。再结合SP市当地的地形和设计规范,对污水处理厂进行平面布置和高程计算,从而系统的确定各处理构筑物的标高及布置。
通过此工艺的处理,出水水质将达到(GB8978-1996)二级标准。

Abstract
The design is a drainage system in SP city of Jiling Province.The finishing is as follow:
1.Design of the sewage system of the city and the hydraulic calculation of the sewage;
2.The treatment way of the wastewater of the F city;
3.The calculation and design of the wastewater treatment easements of the municipal wastewater treatment plant;
4.The design of the municipal wastewater treatment plant, budget of it and the running cost.
After removing the miscellaneous in municipal sewage which is collected by tube net by the thick space grid . Then the municipal sewage is pumped to the plant . After passing the thin bar, the municipal sewage comes into the sand sinking pond to take off the large abiograin. Then entering to the triple oxidation ditch, getting rid of the nitrogen and the phosphor byactiviated sludge, at the same time BOD, COD is reduced. At last,it comes into the contact pool to antisepsis,making the effluent be up to the standard of the discharge. Collected in the triple oxidation ditch, the mud is sended to thicking tank first, then it is pressed into piece by the straining dehydrate machine and carried outside.
The major content of this design is about the calculation and introduction of main structures such as pump station, grille, desilting basin, , contact tank, thicking tank, the triple oxidation ditch ,sludge digestion clamer, sludge impoundment in detail and systematically, which are parts of the procedure. The removal efficiency of BOD,COD,denitrification and phosphorus removal efficiency are given in theory. Level assign and vertical assign are done according to the landform of SP city and design specification.
After the treatment of this craft, the disposal water quality will reach the second class standard (GB8978-1996) .
