摘要
    随着科学技术的发展，高端技术的电脑产品走向了千家万户，然而随着经济的发展，管理理念也日新月异，生产关系的发展始终符合生产力的发展的定理，这是社会发展的必然趋势。由于个人电脑市场庞大，需求种类的复杂和需求数量的巨大，导致个人电脑产业的供应链相当的庞杂。小到一个电容，大到机箱外壳，从硬件到软件，这个生产过程中，涉及到各种各样形形色色的供应商，普通的生产模式下，对这些供应商的管理也不能做到手到擒来的效果，那么在一种全新的生产模式下，一种能结合电脑高科技产品换代快，更新快的JIT生产模式下，又将会采用怎么的管理方式呢？本论文将会在整体供应链风险研究的基础上，结合行业特色，对个人电脑直接供应商风险评估与控制管理做一些研究。

Abstract
       With the development of science and technology, High-end technology computer products crush into the millions of households. However, along with economic development, management concepts changes day by day, This, perhaps, is the development of the relations of production in line with the development of productive forces has always been the cause of it. This is the inevitable trend of social development. As the huge PC market, demand types of complex and the enormous demand for, resulting in the personal computer industry's supply chain is complex. To a small capacitance, the shell into the chassis, from hardware to software, the production process, involving all sorts of diverse suppliers, the general mode of production, on the management of these suppliers can not operate effetely, then a new mode of production, a combination of high-tech products and updating fast, the JIT production mode, and what will do? This paper will be in the overall supply chain risk management,   under the combination of industry characteristics, do some research on risk assessment risk control of the directly supplier of PC.

一、绪论
（一）、当今PC机市场状况
    从windows98系列系统操作系统软件开始，个人电脑在中国市场犹如雨后春笋，一夜之间遍地开花，随着公元两千年的钟声的响起，个人电脑很快地走进了千家万户，当然这得感谢中国经济的快速发展，和市场经济机制的优越性。在2008年钟声敲响的同时，中国市场的电脑厂商们已经开始呐喊“向农村进军”的口号了，在不久的将来，这些电脑厂商口号真正打响的时候，就是中国的七亿农民兄弟们走向小康奔上致富道路的标志。
