摘要
    从历史的角度看来，库存一直被认为是企业发展的有力支柱，各个商业组织都试图实现库存水平的最大化；在20世纪，人们开始认识到库存的费用过于昂贵，于是开始寻找实现最佳库存水平的方法；近些年来，商业组织又开始寻找消除库存的方法。家具制造业作为典型的劳动密集型行业，中国具有巨大的发展优势。随着全球化经济的发展，中国家具制造企业暴露出许多的问题，为了更好地发挥自身优势，提高企业核心竞争力，中国家具制造企业必须实施一些更好的管理方法。“零库存”管理就是其中之一。
    本论文介绍了零库存的含义及其对生产企业的作用，结合家具制造企业的发展状况以及其实施零库存存在的问题，在采购、生产、销售方面对其提出了实施零库存的具体措施。
希望本论文对家具制造企业有一定的参考作用。

Abstract
       By the angle of history, the stock has been considered to be the effective pillar of enterprise's development all the time. Each establishment attempts to realize the maximization of the stock level. In the 20th century, people began to realize the expenses held in store were too expensive, and then they begin to look for the method to realize best stock level. In the last few years, the establishment has begun to look for how to dispel stock. The furniture manufacturing industry is regarded as the typical labor-intensive profession, China has enormous development advantages. With the development of globalization economy, Chinese furniture manufacturing company exposes a lot of questions. In order to display advantages better and improve enterprise's key competitiveness, Chinese furniture manufacturing company must implement some better management methods. Zero stock control is one of them.
      This thesis has introduced the meaning of zero stock and the function to producing enterprise, combined the state of development in furniture manufacturing company and its problems to implement zero stock, and proposed some measures to implement zero stock in purchase, production, and sale.
I hope this thesis has certain function to Chinese furniture manufacturing company.

一、零库存的含义及其对生产企业的作用
（一）、零库存的含义
    “零库存”是一种特殊的库存概念，是使得仓库库存形式的某种或某些种物品的库存数量为“零”，即不保持库存。不以库存形式存在就可以免去仓库存货的一系列问题，如仓库建设、管理费用，存货维护、保管、装卸、搬运等费用，存货占用流动资金及库存物的老化、损失、变质等问题。零库存是对具体企业、具体商店、具体车间而言，是有充分社会储备保障前提下的一种特殊形式。
