摘要
    目前，国际上一些有实力的企业纷纷改变竞争策略，以协同商务、协同竞争和双赢原则致力于改善同上下游企业的关系，从而构建一条由客户、供应商、研发中心、制造商、经销商和服务商等合作伙伴组成“横向一体化”供应链，使企业之间的竞争由此演变为供应链之间的竞争。然而正因为供应链在企业内外的普遍存在与应用，随之而来的风险与弊病也日渐增多，其中对制造业来说较为普遍和典型的就是供应链中断风险。本文通过引用著名的制造业供应链中断实例，重点分析了供应链中断风险的表现形式，并指出了对于制造企业来说，值得借鉴和运用的供应链中断风险的控制手段，如：制定应急计划和敏捷的生产运作战略，以及为制造企业设计ESCM，使更加信息化等。指明供应链中断风险在现实中所造成的威胁和如何对其有效的防范及控制，从而引起人们在这个问题上的更多关注。

Abstract
        Nowadays, the powerful international corporations all change their strategies in order to make the relationship between companies upstream and downstream better and stronger. The strategies like Collaborative commerce, Collaborative competition and Win-win principle will build a “horizontal integration” supply chain which includes clients, suppliers, R&D centers, manufactures, retailers and so on. This means the competition between corporations will transform into the competition between supply chains. However, because of the wildly use of supply chain, the risks and weaknesses it brings are becoming more and more, and the most common and typical one is the risk of supply chain interruption. This article firstly shows the example of Ericsson to support the argument. Then it mainly talks about what the supply chain interruption is, how it reacts in the real world and what do people do to predict and protect from it, especially for the people in the manufacturing field. These means include building a flexible operation system and designing ESCM. Hopefully it will turn people’s more attention to the risks of the supply chain interruption.

      当今世界，供应链分布于全球的各个地方，无论哪一个环节出现问题即使是任何轻微的波动都会削弱企业供应市场的能力。近年来，市场动荡程度加剧，这就使得供应链更加混乱不堪了，各类供应链在发生混乱和中断的时候，抵抗力也越来越弱。2003年，据总部设在美国的调研公司高德纳公司（Gartner Group）预测，每五家企业中就有一家会由于各种形式的供应链中断而受到影响，在这些受影响的企业中，60％会以倒闭而告终。此外，许多企业在商业模式上的转变，也导致了它们供应链风险态势的变化。
