摘要
    当今的市场竞争已不是单个企业的单打独斗，而是一条供应链与另一条供应链的竞争。供应链管理作为 21世纪崭新的管理模式，已成为入世后我国企业生存、发展并取得成功的关键途径之一。然而，供应链作为由各独立企业组成的合作组织，在其组建和运行过程中，也将存在很大风险。
    荣祥防腐保温工程有限公司作为当前市场上一家小型制造型企业，在供应链管理方面存在着诸多的不足和缺陷，从供应链角度来看，其运营存在着许多的隐藏风险，因此，本文将结合荣祥公司的实际情况，对供应链合作中的风险和不确定性进行研究，从而指导我国企业在实施供应链战略合作过程中如何规避风险，如何采取防范措施，获得最大经济效益。

Abstract
     The nowaday market competition already is not the single enterprise's singles fights, but was the competition between one supply chain and the another one. The supply chain management took the 21st century brand-new management pattern, after WTO entry it has become one of the key approach of Our country Enterprise’s survival, develops and obtains one of success essential .However, supplies chain to take will form the cooperative organization of each independent enterprise, in its creation and movement process, also will have the very big risk. Therefore, this article will research the risk and the uncertainty conducts in the supply chain, thus how will instruct Our country Enterprise to dodge the risk in the implementation supply chain strategy cooperation process, how will take the guard measure, will obtain the maximum economic efficiency.

一、国内及省内建材行业的概况介绍
    建材工业是中国重要的材料工业。建材产品包括建筑材料及制品、非金属矿及制品、无机非金属新材料三大门类，广泛应用于建筑、军工、环保、高新技术产业和人民生活等领域。2004年，中国建材行业受到政府宏观调控的影响，产业政策调整对某些建材企业造成了一定冲击。2005年行业发展仍继续保持高速发展态势，产量与销售额总体上稳健增长；中国建材行业发展的宏观经济环境和投资环境依然较好。
