摘 要
研究了五个不同采收期(24/7、4/8、15/8、25/8、5/9)对五九香梨果实品质的影响。结果表明:单果重随着采收期的延后而增大,5/9日达到最大,果形指数却无明显变化。果实可溶性固形物含量也随成熟期的临近呈上升趋势,5/9日出现最大值,但4/8日雨后采收的果实的可溶性固形物含量显著下降,果柄长和果柄粗在不同的采收期变化不显著,24/7至25/8日采收的果实较耐储藏,且越早采收的果实储藏性越强,但雨后采收的果实(4/8)储藏性显著降低。5/9日采收的果实风味品质差、病情指数高、不耐储藏。综合分析认为:24/7日采收过早,果实小、产量低、品质差。而5/9日采收则过晚,好果率低、风味品质差。25/8日为适宜食用采收期,4/8日至15/8日为适宜储藏采收期。

Abstract
The effects of five different picking times (July 24, Aug 4, Aug 15, Aug 25, Sep 5)on fruit quality of Wujiuxiang pear were studied. The results showed pear quality. The result showed that the weight of pear quality increased as the pear grew and the biggest fruits are picked on Sep 5. But the fruit shape index does not have the obvious change. The content of soluble solid in the pear increased along with the picking time and the highest on Sep 5. The fruit stalk length and the thickness of stalk is not different evidently in the different picking times. The fruits have better keeping quality picked on July 24 to Aug 25. And picked more early, the fruit s would have a better keeping quality, but worse after rain. The fruits have unsatisfactory flavor, a high disease index and bad keeping quality picked on Sep 5. In short, the fruits are small picked on July 24, the crop low, the quality bad and the picked date is too early. While the fruits have low percentage of good fruits and unsatisfactory flavor on Sep 5 and the picked date is too late. The suitable picking date of fruits is on Aug 25 and the fruits picked from Aug 4 to Aug 15 is suitable for keeping.

引言
近年来,我国水果产量以每年9.5%的速度在增加,为世界第一水果生产大国,但与先进国家相比存在着质量差、单产低的问题,优质果只占水果总产量的30%,可参与市场竞争的优质果不过5%,积压、滞销的劣质果占20%。因此,尽力提升果品质量成为我国水果业当前亟待解决的问题[1]。
梨是世界上重要的水果之一,也是我国栽培历史久、面积大、产量高的主要果树之一,在我国园艺行业中增长的势头不减,梨产品不仅肉质脆嫩,汁多味甜,香味独特而且含有多种营养成分,深受国内外消费者喜爱。
