摘  要
    本设计从系统规划、系统分析、系统设计、系统实施等四个方面，分别叙述《医院病人管理系统》研制开发的设计过程，简述数据库应用系统的设计要点及难点问题，阐述系统实施的程序设计，解决医院对的计算机管理。
    在系统中要能查找病人的资料，要能统计药剂的数量和仪器的使作情况，病人使用病床的情况，可以在病人退院时清空病床。把所有病人的信息及数据及时登记到系统将要定义的数据库文件中。能够统计出病人出病情况及药剂的使用情况及能分配病人的病床等。能够查询病人的所有信息。

Abstract
    From system planning,analysing,designing and applying,the plan is designed to describe the programme of hospital management system’s planning and developing, to explain key points and difficult problems of data application system .To illustrate the programming of system application to solve computer management of patients’ achives of hospital.
    Need to be able to seek patient's data in system, needing to be able to count medicament quantity and instrument makes to do condition, the patient uses the sickbed condition , can clean up the empty space sickbed during the period of the patient withdraws from a yard. Information and data of all patients is registered in time to the data base document middle that system will define. Be able to count out patient putting up disease condition and medicament sigmatism condition and being able to assign patient's sickbed and so on. Be able to inquire about patient's all information.

第一章：引言
    管理信息系统是MIS（Management Information System），在强调管理，强调信息的现代社会中它越来越得到普及。MIS是一门新的学科，它跨越了若干个领域，比如管理科学、系统科学、运筹学、统计学以及计算机科学。在这些学科的基础上，形成信息收集和加工的方法，从而形成一个纵横交织的系统。
