摘要
运用载片观察法和菌落平板培养法对本实验室分离到的丝状真菌Mars进行了培养观察,并与标准菌球孢白僵菌(Beauveria bassiana)3.4428进行比较,初步鉴定Mars可能属于白僵菌属 (Beauveria)。采用明胶琼脂平板法测定了Mars和3.4428的胞外蛋白酶,结果表明Mars的胞外蛋白酶酶活略小于3.4428。另外,实验测定了Mars和3.4428的产孢量,发现Mars的产孢量小于3.4428。并进行了室内感染松毛虫毒力的比较,结果显示3.4428的毒力强于Mars。

Abstract
A strain of filamentous fungus named Mars was cultured and examined by slid-glass-watching method and colony plating method in the lab. It was also compared with the standard strain of Beauveria bassiana 3.4428.Based on the observation above, Mars was preliminary identified to Beauveria bassiana. Extracellular protease of Mars’ and 3.4428’s were examined by the glutin-argar plate method. The results showed that the extracellular protease activities of Mars, was rarely less than that of 3.4428,s. In another experiment, Mars’ and 3.4428,s numbers of the spore were precisely compared. Their toxicity was measured by infecting the pine caterpillar .The outcome showed that the 3.4428,s number of the spore and toxicity was more and stronger.

本实验室分离到一株丝状真菌Mars,它在Mas培养基上能产生明显的溶钙圈,在牛奶培养基中培养能导致酸凝,并且使培养基由白色变为紫红色。该菌株在多种培养基上培养都没有发现有性孢子,初步鉴定是一种半知菌。本实验对该菌株进行了形态观察,并与购于中科院的标准菌株球孢白僵菌(Beauveria bassiana)3.4428相对比,以确定该菌株的准确分类地位。另外,根据球孢白僵菌所具有的一些生理生化特征,本实验对Mars的产孢量,胞外蛋白酶的活力及毒力等特性进行了初步研究。
