轮藻提取物抑菌作用研究

摘要 
    以轮藻的乙醇提取液作为抑菌剂进行抑菌试验。结果表明不连续轮藻（娘子关）的醇提液对三种模式菌均无抑制作用；拟丽藻和普生轮藻的醇提液对大肠杆菌无抑制作用，对枯草芽孢杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌有较明显的抑制作用，并且对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用存在显著的种间和地域差异，其中以拟丽藻（晋祠）醇提液的抑菌效果最好；最低抑菌浓度分别为：拟丽藻（晋祠）和普生轮藻（晋祠）的醇提液对金黄色葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度均为生药浓度10%；拟丽藻（晋祠）醇提液对枯草芽孢杆菌的最低抑菌浓度为生药浓度13.3%，普生轮藻（晋祠）的醇提液对枯草芽孢杆菌的最低抑菌浓度大于生药浓度20%。

Studies of the Antibacterial Activity of Extracts of Charophytes
Abstract：
    The ethanol extracts from four different Charophytes were used as antimicrobial agents in this paper. The results showed that the extracts from Chara inconnexa could not inhibit any kind of the three bacilli, while the extracts from Nitellopsis obtusa and Chara vulgaris exhibited some antibacterial activity against S. aureus and B. subtilis, and did not inhibit E. coli. There are differences among the antibacterial activities of the four kinds of extracts against S. aureus in the effect , with the extracts from N. obtusa in Jinci Stram the highest. The minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) were: the extracts from N. obtusa and C. vulgaris against S. aureus were 1:10; the extracts from N. obtuse against B. subtilis was 1:7.5; and the extracts from C. vulgaris against B. subtilis was higher than 1:5.
