摘要
高等师范院校是一个特殊的教育领域,以培养和造就合格的教师这种特殊的“产品”为其出发点和归宿点。文章以“普访太原学校,广看人才需求,强树努力方向”社会调查报告为基础背景,以调查报告所隐含的问题为基本透视点,以“抓师范特色教育、创品牌优势效应”为教育理念,重点从“扬师德、铸师魂”、“夯技能、赢优势”和“尽完美、达和谐”三个角度展开分析论述,说明高等师范院校潜在的问题,并针对性地对高等师范院校教育、改革提出建议。

Abstract
As a special education domain, pedagogical colleges of higher leaning take cultivating qualified teachers as its starting point and the home to return .Based on a social investigation report “Talents Demand in Taiyuan’s Shools Calls For New Educational Orientation”, this paper conceals some problem in the investgation, takes as the educational concepts “stressing the pedagogical characteristic education and creating brand effect ” and elaborates discussion and analysis mainly in terms of promoting teaching ethics, developing skills and building competitive edge, and striving for harmony.This paper displays some potential problems in pedagogical colleges of higher learning, and puts forward some proposals for the pedagogical education reform accordingly.

随着市场经济、知识经济与人才经济的不断发展,高等师范院校学生就业形势日趋严峻。这种情况下,如何更好地运营师范院校,如何于大环境下“乱世出英雄”?只有审形度势,走进社会,回归社会。用别人的眼睛和嘴巴做自己的镜子,看看长期以来,高等师范院校所走的路,以及留下的深深浅浅的印迹,包括所收获的成果和不尽完美的点点滴滴。从这当中,也许会给我们以答案和些许的启发。“回头看”[1]同样也是高等师范院校快速发展的重要环节。“因需施供,因地制宜,因材施教,”才是对高等师范院校教育的最好反思。
