    这个课题选用的是顺驰房地产开发的一个项目楼盘，地址位于郑州市郑东新区中央道与太行路交叉口，这个公司的总部设在天津，其本身是一个全国性的投资公司，同时经营的也有房产中介等项目，所以说实力还是比较雄厚的。
    根据这个户型的特殊性，在人体工程学以及设计心理学等一些基础理论的帮助下，我对于墙体以及户型做了小小的改动。因为其作为顶层复式的特殊性，所以这些改动都是完全允许的。经过改动以后无论是视觉上还是空间感官我认为都会更加的合理以及人性化一些。
    在色彩上会用大面积的白色为主色调，而极小部分墙体会出现少数的红色等艳丽的颜色，力求在符合其整体风格的同时能够突出一部分。
    空间安排上先考虑的就是人的使用以及各个功能性房间的安排是否合理，是否真正做到以人为本，是这个课题所要追求的。

Abstract
    This subject is about one of the project estate developed by Shunchi real estate company which locates at the cross of     Zhongyang Road and Taihang Road in the Zhengdong new district in Zhengzhou. The company is a national investment company in itself with its headquarters located in Tianjin, also managing estate intermediary projects at the same time.Thus it is a very strong and powerful company.
    According to the particularity of the housing style ,I make some little changes to the wall and the housing style by the help of human system engineering,designing psychology and some other basic theories.Because of the particularity of its designing of maisonette in the top floor,these changes are suitable to it.It become more reasonable and more humanized on both visual and spacial sense after making those changes.
    We use white as the main colour in a large scale on painting the walls.But there are also some red and some other bright colours on the walls.And in this way one of the part can stand out from the others as well as satisfying the whole design style.
   On the regard of spacial arrangement,at first we concern much about people’s using and whether the arranging of each functional rooms sound and whether it really take people as the foremost,which are the aims of this task.

引言
    室内设计这个学科从人类的出现一直伴随至今。其风格多种多样，而且也伴随着人类欣赏水平以及聚居环境的改变而不断的推陈出新。那么如何在现有的一些设计中能够脱颖而出就是我们作为设计师所要追求的东西。而且这一切的艺术性以及美观性都要基于实用性而考虑，这是我们需要重视的东西。以人为本从我们开始接触至今都在提，这不仅仅是一个口号，而是一种应该始终伴随着我们的东西存在着。
