本文对国内外塑封料行业的发展、塑封料对邻甲酚醛环氧树脂的技术要求及邻甲酚醛环氧树脂的结构性能进行了简要的介绍。并介绍了国内外在邻甲酚醛环氧树脂方面的研究动态和发展趋势、国内外邻甲酚醛环氧树脂的盛产现状及其存在的差距。
本文对制备邻甲酚醛环氧树脂的反应原理、工艺流程、实验装置和制备方法进行了详细的研究,对邻甲酚醛树脂及邻甲酚醛环氧树脂的反应机理进行了探讨。对影响邻甲酚醛树脂和邻甲酚醛环氧树脂合成的各个因素进行了讨论,对构成邻甲酚醛环氧树脂的成本进行了分析,通过研究,得出以下结论:
(1) 已合成出符合塑封料要求的邻甲酚醛环氧树脂,具体工艺条件为:邻甲酚醛树脂反应温度为100士10℃,反应时间为8小时,邻甲酚醛环氧树脂反应温度为70士10℃,时间为6小时,碱的摩尔数为酚羟基当量的1士0.10
(2) 为满足用户,在实验室成功地使用了甲苯代替MIBK生产邻甲酚醛环氧树脂。

Abstract
In this paper, the developments of molding compound and its technical requirements for 0-cresol Formaldehyde Epoxy Resin, the structure and properties of 0 –cresol Formaldehyde Epoxy Resin ,home and abroad, was briefly introduced. The research dynamics and development trends of 0-cresol Formaldehyde Epoxy Resin and its manufacture status and the existing gap between home and abroad was reviewed.
The reaction principle ,technical, procedure ,experimental device and preparation methods to synthesize 0-cresol Formaldehyde Epoxy Resin were studied in detail in this paper .The reaction mechanism of 0-cresol F -ormaldehyde resin and 0-cresol Formaldehyde Epoxy Resin was investigated. The factors that having effects on the synthesis of 0-cresol Formaldehyde resin and 0 –cresol Formaldehyde Epoxy Resin was discussed. And the cost to synthesize 0-cresol Formaldehyde
Epoxy Resin was also analyzed. By analyzing the research results several conclusions could be summarized as follows:
(1) the production of 0-cresol Formaldehyde Epoxy Resin that conforming to the requirements of molding compound was synthesized. The specific technical conditions were as follows: the reaction temperature of 0-cresol Formaldehyde Resin was 100士10℃,there action time was8 hours, the re action temperature of 0 –cresol Formaldehyde Epoxy Resin was 70土1O℃,the time was 6 hours, and the mole ratio of the base to phenolic hydroxyl equivalent was 1士0.1.
(2) in order to satisfy the user's demands ,O –cresol Formaldehyde Epoxy Resin was successfully synthesized by using component solvent of toluene to substitute for MIBK.
