摘要（中文）
    现代企业要求生存和发展，甚至参与国内和国际竞争，产品的质量是至关重要的，它是企业的生命。影响企业产品质量的因素很多，有来自企业自身和外部因素的影响。外部因素主要是企业输入件（即原材料、外购、外协件）质量的影响。内部因素主要是生产过程质量的影响。因此，控制原材料、外购、外协件质量，选择合格的分供商，对他们进行全面质量评价，加强对产品生产过程的质量检验以及对成品的抽检已成为现代企业质量管理中的重要内容。然而，国内许多企业，包括一些大、中型国有企业，对企业输入件的质量管理以及对过程检验尚处于一种不规范的状态。如在采购原材料时，没有严格的质量检验规范和要求，其结果最终影响到产品的整体质量，造成企业巨大的浪费和损失。在国外，目前许多企业是通过与协作厂家建立密切的信任关系来减少入检手段，从而降低生产成本，减少质量风险，以达到相互依存、共同发展的目的。因此，实现对企业质量的全面管理及对供商能力进行综合评价，开发出相应的质量检验系统予以实现，就显得尤为重要。
    本论文首先分析了计算机辅助质量信息系统在国内外的发展与现状，并介绍了计算机辅助质量检验系统开发的基础知识；其次对空调电机企业质量检验进行了需求分析，论述了空调电机质量检验系统开发的可行性和必要性；最后着重研究开发了以计算机和数据库技术为基础的空调电机计算机辅助质量检验系统。规范了空调电机企业质量检验的方法，并提高了电机企业质量检验的水平和效率。本课题进行的工作主要有一下几个方面：
1.阅读了有关质量管理和信息系统工程的书籍，掌握了质量管理学的基础知识以及信息系统工程原理、方法及应用。
2.通过学习数据库技术，掌握了数据库设计的基本知识。
3.通过对系统开发工具PowerBuilder以及数据库建模工具PowerDesigner的学习，掌握了工具的使用方法。
4.利用生命周期法对空调电机企业质量检验进行了系统需求分析、系统设计和系统开发等。

     Modern enterprise need to live and develop,even join in  the  civil and international competition,the quality of product is most important ,which is the life of enterprise.Many factors affect the quality of enterprise's product ,they come from the enterprise itself and outer factors.Outer factors primarily are the effect of the  enterprise's goods inwards (That is material,outsourcing).Inner factors primarily are the effect of quality of manufacture process.Therefore, it is important content in the quality management of modern enterprise that controling material、outsourcing,selcting qualified purchasers and performing the all-round quality valuation,strengthening the quality inspection of product manufacture process and finished product's spotinspectioning .However,many civil enterprises including some large  、middle state's enterprises still is not in standard condition at quality management of entreprise goods inwards and inspectioning process.For explame,when purchasing material,if we have not precise quality inspection standard and request,the result ultimately affect the whole quality of product and make a large enterprise waste and loss. At present,many enterprises establish consanguineous connection with collaboration factory to reduce the measuure of input inspection,and lead to lower produce cost,reduce quality risk, achieve  the interdependent and developmental intention.Therefore ,it is much important that realising the all-around management of enterprise's quality and evaluating synthetically the ability of supplier ,exploiting and realizingrevelent quality inspection system .
     This discourse analyse the development and condition of compute-aid quality inspection system in civil and oversea ,discuss the feasibility and necessity of air-condition electromotor's quality inspection system .Making the methods of  air-condition electromotor enterprise's quality inspection to be standard,and enhance the level and efficiency of electromotor enterprise's quality inspection . The major works of this theme have several aspects :
1 read relevent books of quality management and information system project,master the basic knowledge of quality management and the theory、method and application of information system project .
2  Through learning the database technology to master the basic knowledge of database design .
3 Through learning the system exploition tool(PowerBuilder) and database modeling's tools (PowerDesigner) to master the method of using this tools.
4 Analyse、design and exploit the system of air-condition electromotor's quality inspection by using the method of lifecircle
