浅 论 酒 店 细 节 管 理
摘  要：
    伴随着我国经济的发展，第三产业迅速崛起，其对GDP的增长作用也越来越大。同时，随着居民收入水平及消费能力的提高，人们对生活质量及外界所提供的服务水平要求日益提高，对服务的分工及要求日益精细化。面对这一市场现象，酒店必然更为重视服务中的细节。本文针对细节管理这一方式，选取酒店服务业为研究对象，对酒店的服务细节及细节问题进行分析。

Abstract ：
    With the development of the economy, the rapid growth of  the tertiary industry had made great contribution to the GDP. In the last few years ,there has been a dramatic increase in the income of the resident and the consuming ability , people are more careful and attentive to the service they confront. Hotel have to pay more attention  to how to make the service more  accurate and skillful . This thesis take the service in the hotel  as the research object , which analysis the details in the service as well as the underlying problems。
