摘 要
      近年来，随着社会经济的快速发展，现有的土地调查成果难以满足国民经济宏观调控和国土资源管理工作的需求。健全调查机制、整合已有成果、加大比例尺，进行城乡一体化地籍调查是当前土地管理迫切需要开展的工作内容之一。
      为了获取从1996年到2006年之间古蔺县城镇地籍地形信息变更资料，2007年古蔺县国土资源局在古蔺县建成区和发展区共10平方公里20个街坊范围内开展了1:500地籍地形测绘工作。本文正是在此基础上，从数字化地籍测量的角度出发，通过对古蔺县建成区和规划区的地籍调查作业模式的研究，探讨了标准地籍测量作业方法，并确定了权属调查的一般流程和宗地划分原则，地籍编号原则，以及社界、地类、农田的调查方法，通过对外业数据采集和调查所获取数据进行内业处理和精度分析，最终编制了满足精度要求的1:500比例尺古蔺县地籍图。

Discussion on Digital Cadastral & Topographic Surveying in Gulin county
      Abstract：In recent years, with the fast development of the society and economy, the traditional cadastral surveying can’t meet the needs of national economy control and land resources management. Recently, this is one argent mission to carry out the integrated cadastral surveying of urban and rural by land management work which is very urgent to carry out. 
      For obtaining the changed cadastral & topography data in 1996-2006 of Gulin county, a digital cadastral investigation with the scale of 1:500 in 2007 has been carried out in its constructed area and planning district by Land Resources Bureau of Gulin, the total area is about 10 square kilometers and 20 street districts. Based on digital cadastral surveying, the paper discusses Standard Operation Procedure of Cadastral Surveying by studying on cadastral investigation mode in Gulin county. and determines the general procedure of property investigation, priciples of land parceling and cadastral coding, and the investigation way of differrent land types. With field data collection and indoor work processing, the new cadastral map in Gulin county with the scale of 1:500 which meets the precision requirement. has been finally plotted.
