摘 要

    制造执行系统(MES, Manufacturing Execution System)是处于计划层和车间层操作控制系统（SFC，Shop Floor Control）之间的执行层，主要负责生产管理和调度执行。本文在叙述了有关制造执行系统MES的基础知识后，分析了流程型生产行业与离散型行业在应用MES时的不同之处，并结合典型离散行业五金制造行业的特点分析了MES应用于五金制造业的可行性。然后结合实际，总结了沧州惠邦机电产品制造有限责任公司在制造执行管理中存在的问题，对其应用制造执行系统进行了需求分析。通过分析沧州惠邦机电产品制造有限责任公司业务流程和数据流程，提出了该公司制造执行系统MES系统功能模型，并以车间库存子系统为例，进行了较详细的代码设计、数据库设计和界面设计。最后对系统的实施提出了建议，对系统的实施效果进行了简单展望。

Abstract

    Manufacturing executive system MES is at operate execution layer between plan layer and workshop layer control system of SFC, being responsible for the production management and managing carrying out mainly. This text has analysed the difference between production trade of the procedure and dispersed trade while using MES after narrating the relevant rudimentary knowledges of MES, and combined model dispersed trade characteristic , analysed the feasibility of MES application in five metals of manufacturing trade.Combining reality , summarized the questions of making executive management in Cangzhou huibang electronic product make Company., and maked the demand analysis to the application on MES to the company .Through analysing Cangzhou huibang electronic product make Company., production procedure and datum procedure, have proposed the application model of executive system MES and system function of this company ,and taked stock subsystem of the workshop as an example , has carried on more detailed code design , database design and interface design. Put forward the suggestion on the implementation of the system finally.
