摘 要:
WE-30型液压万能材料试验机机械化程度低,精度和可靠性差。本文提出了对其进行自动化改造的技术路线和具体思路,论述了应用EFBG-03电液比例溢流调速阀进行闭环伺服控制的设计方案;负荷测量使用应变电测法采用CY-DBll系列压力变送器,变形测量使用YYU系列应变式数字式引伸计;提出了监控软件的总体架构,利用KINGVIEW组态软件开发的监控程序可实时跟踪拉伸试验、压缩试验、弯曲试验过程,利用ACCESS数据库进行实时数据的记录和查询,调用PRINT函数实现报表打印。改造后的试验机提高了测试效率,实现了测试自动化,对其它试验机的改造有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:
The mechanization degree of WE-30 hydraulic pressure universal testing machine is low, and the precision and the reliability are bad. This article proposed carries on the technical route and the concrete mentality of the automated transformation of WE-30 hydraulic pressure universal testing machine , elaborated about the design proposal of the loop servo-control using the EFBG-03 battery solution proportion overflow governor; The load survey uses strain electrical method uses the CY-DBll series pressure transmitting instrument, the distortion survey use the YYU series to be supposed the variant digital extensometer; Proposed the overall construction of the monitor software, and the monitor routine using the KINGVIEW configuration software can possibly realize the real-time track pulling test, the compressive test and the bend test process, carry on the real-time recording and inquiry of the data by using the ACCESS database, and transfer the PRINT function realization by reporting form printing. After the test efficiency of the transformation testing machine was enhanced, the test automation has been realized, and it has model significance to other testing machine transformations.
