摘 要
   
      本次设计的筛板塔是化工生产中主要的传质设备。此设计针对二元物系的精馏问题进行分析、计算、核算、绘图，是较完整的精馏设计过程，该设计方法被工程技术人员广泛的采用。
      通过对精馏塔的运算，可以得出精馏塔的各种设计如塔的工艺条件及物性参数是合理的。换热器和泵及各种接管尺寸是合理的。即整个化工尺寸的设计是合理的

ABSTREAT
      The design is made to expound detailed the speration equipment of benzens and toluence，which is called rectifying tower。It includes：the calculation of technology，the calculation of the equipment and the attached maps of the equipment.
      The design for the tower is reasonable beause it get through all kinds of caculation .The exchanger,pump and other tubur ,s measure is right.  So the whole tower is reasonable.
