绿色供应链运作中的政府行为研究

      本文阐述了绿色供应链的涵义，讨论了我国供应链绿色化的现状和推广实施存在的问题，分析了政府行为在绿色供应链运作中的重要性。文章主要运用博弈论这一工具，建立了企业与企业之间、政府与企业之间的多个博弈模型。文章首先对缺乏政府监督和政府监督不完全这两种情况下的企业供应链模式的选择进行分析，得出这两种情况下选择传统供应链模式的企业在市场上占优势。然后通过对政府和企业博弈模型中各主要影响因素的博弈分析，从政府如何实现促进绿色供应链推广的目的出发，得出政府在监督惩罚和奖励支持这两种情况下的最佳均衡策略，并在结论中提出对政府措施的建议。

The Research of Government’s Behaviors in the Operation of Green Supply Chain
Abstract
     This paper expounds the meaning of Green Supply Chain. It analyzes the current situation of greening the supply-chain and the problem of its popularization in China. And it also analyzes the importance of government’s behavior in the implementation of green supply chain. The paper mainly uses Game Theory to set up several gaming models, including models between enterprises and enterprises, enterprises and government. It first analyzes enterprises’ choices of supply chain models without government’s supervision or under government’s inadequate supervision. In such two conditions, enterprise that chooses conventional supply chain predominates the market. Then the paper analyzes the main influencing factors of the game models between government and enterprise. With the purpose to promote green supply chain’s popularization, it obtains government’s best-balanced strategy not only in the situation of supervision and punishment, but also in the situation of support and reward. Finally it put forward some suggestions for government’s measures in conclusion.
