摘   要

       自20世纪90年代以来,由于贸易自由化和区域经济一体化的迅猛发展加快了经济全球化和全球区域合作化的趋势。通过建立各种优惠的经贸安排，寻求更大的经济发展空间已成为世界上多数国家的政策选择。中国—东盟自由贸易区属于发展中国家区域经济一体化组织的又一实践，它的建设已进入全面实施的阶段，国家间的经贸合作另人鼓舞，双边贸易额每年都有较大的增幅，但同时也存在许多经济性的和非经济性的矛盾因素，所以对其目前的经济运行效应仍需要进行分析。本文在对中国-东盟自由贸易区建立的基础和效应进行详细分析的基础上，展望了中国-东盟自由贸易区的发展前景。结论表明，虽然中国-东盟自由贸易区在建立过程不可避免的会遇到障碍，但是在经济全球化和区域化的大背景下，中国与东盟的紧密经济合作既是双方各自经济发展的现实要求，也更是实现亚洲经济发展和本地区共同繁荣的未来方向。

       90s in 20 centuries is the ages which trades liberalism and district integral whole to turn a fast fierce development. Building up various special discount arrangements and finding larger economy developing space, have already become the important policy of most nations to choose in the world. China-ASEAN free trade the area belong to the economic integral whole of the developing country district to turn another built-up fulfillment. In regard to current condition, China-the ASEAN free trade area construction has already got in to carry out completely of stage. The nation sees of the economic trade cooperate an another person to encourage, and the bilateral trade volume is bigger to increase annually. But also exist much economy of with not the self-contradict factor of economy, to current economy circulate the effect still need to carry on analysis.
