《计算机基础》教学网站的设计与实现
 
摘 要 
     网站开发的总体任务是实现《计算机基础》这门课在网络上进行教学和师生交流的平台。结合学校教学现状及现代教育技术的发展趋势，为课程信息的上网、网络教学平台的开发和网络课程的建设。本系统有效的解决了我校程《计算机基础》这门课网上教学的空缺，有效促进教育观念的更新、教学模式的变革和教学质量的提高。
     该网站辅助教学目的在于，它有利于教师的课堂辅助教学及学生的个性化自学，便于教师的调整、更新和适时使用。网站内容包括：课程概述、教学大纲、电子教案、自测练习、在线考试、留言板、参考资料这些方面的内容。实现了教师与学生，学生与学生之间平等、自由的交流与协作，它不简单等同于电子教案，而是面向日常教学的重点和难点，提供丰富形象的教学资源能有效弥补传统教学中的不足，内容丰富、生动但不累赘，始之成为真正的精品教学网站。采用动画与我校的校园图片作为背景，从而丰富了教学，也贴近了学生的日常生活，体现多媒体教学带来许多便利条件，更容易调动学生的积极性。
     网络课件本身的链接准确、运行无错误，能普遍适用于多种运行环境，并能持续进行更新与维护。为适应新形势下高校计算机基础教育的要求，以及高校学生计算机素质的提高和我校计算机基础教育。

前 言
     网络化学习（e-learning）已成为信息社会的主要学习方式之一，如何开发出优秀的多媒体网络课件呢？面对网络课件开发热潮，我们认为当前网络课件开发急需解决的问题是：利用现有的网络资源、教育资源和人力资源以及高校公共选修课的特点并结合我国教育的实际情况联合协作开发网络课件精品，以满足教育资源的共享。
     网络课程是通过网络表现的某门学科的教学内容及实施的教学活动的总和，它按一定的教学目标、教学策略组织起来的教学内容和网络教学，教学资源以及在网络教学平台上实施的教学活动。网络课程的教学包括网上学习、讨论、作业、辅导、答疑、实习、测试等教学环节。
