摘 要：随着现代科技的发展，管理水平的不断提高，信息化、数字化的应用，原有的标本馆（室）的管理手段已跟不上发展的需要，削弱了标本馆的作用和影响力。通过对现有的标本馆网站及多种开发Web网站的技术进行分析，采用JSP技术开发标本馆网站，重点解决JSP运行环境配置、网页页面中文显示问题及JSP读取/写入数据库的中文问题，对植物标本馆（室）的标本进行计算机与网络化管理，建立植物标本馆数据库与图库及查询、修改和数据更新系统，达到统计、查询、修改和数据更新能随时进行的目的。

    Abstract: With the development of the modern science and technology, the improvement of the administrant level, the usage of the informationlization and the digitalization, the passed administrant measures in the herbarium have not catch up with the development, they have weakened the function and the effect. After analyzing the present herbarium’s web station and many kinds of the technology in developing the web station，this paper solves these problems: The web station of the herbarium in the Southwest Forestry College is exploited with the JSP technology. It has settled the configuration of the running environment of the JSP，the display with Chinese of the web pages ,and the Chinese problems of the input/output of the JSP. It has administrated the samples of the herbarium using the computers and the network, has established the database ,the gallery and the system with querying, modifying and updating the data of the herbarium in the Southwest Forestry College, it has reached the aim to statistic ,query ,modify ,update the data at any moment .

引言
    由于缺乏信息化建设，致使与相关院校及科研院所的交流受到限制，作为我国西南地区最大的林业院校，作为我国最大的植物标本馆之一，我院标本馆的信息化建设迫在眉睫。通过学习借鉴国内外已建成的标本馆网站，对比多种web网页开发技术，采用JSP技术建立标本馆网站，着重解决JSP开发环境配置问题及中文显示问题，对植物标本馆（室）的标本进行计算机与网络化管理，弄清标本馆（室）所收藏标本的数量以及跟上标本管理的步伐，进一步提高标本馆（室）的管理水平，使的标本馆网站有其自身的特色和优势，为其他标本馆的信息化建设作典范。
